Milky Oolong tea

A sweet buttery aroma, floral notes and a round flavour, Milky Oolong is one of our favourite and most widely enjoyable teas. Sometimes referred to as blue tea, rolled oolong tea leaves go through a process of oxidation that give it a bluish-green hue. The flavour profile is between that of green and black tea.

Brew for 1-3min at 80°C. Use ~1 tsp Milky Oolong (2/3g) for one cup. Traditionally, each tsp of oolong is brewed several times, unlocking more complex and nuanced flavours with each infusion.
