We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unopened: The product must be in the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
- In the same condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Purchased directly from us: Only items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for return.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive a Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack your item(s) and include the Return Authorisation Number in the package. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

- Any opened or used products.
- Sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@momentsofglim.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
