Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Moments of Glim for your tea needs! We are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for important information on how we handle shipping and delivery.
Shipping Schedule
At Moments of Glim, we ship orders twice a week on the following days:
- Mondays
- Thursdays
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on a shipping day will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-shipping days will be processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: After your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Day: Your order will then be shipped on the next available shipping day (Monday or Thursday).
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days after the shipping date.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after the shipping date.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays, such as customs processing for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Portugal only. If your location is not listed, please contact us at hello@momentsofglim.com to inquire about special shipping arrangements, or stay tuned to find out about new destinations.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or customs processing for international orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
