End of Summer Retreat

Moments of Glim — Retreats

A weekend to slow down and welcome Autumn

When: 16 – 18 October 2026 (Friday 4PM to Sunday 7PM)
Where: 40min from Lisbon (Sobral de Monte Agraço, final address sent upon booking)
Price: from €235
Activities: Somatic yoga, Bioflow, cooking workshops (fermentation, Italian gnocchi), sound bath, wine tasting

Depth meets play

A weekend retreat to relax, celebrate the end of a beautiful summer, and learn somatic tools to regulate — alongside a cooking workshop, a wine tasting, and plenty of moments to simply enjoy yourself.

Somatic and healing
Somatic & Healing

Somatic yoga and bodywork to help you become more aware of the body and your attention patterns, through slow movement, deep breath, and moments of stillness that let the nervous system truly settle.

Cooking workshops
Cooking Workshops

Hands-on sessions making fresh, Italian-style food together — from fermentation to homemade gnocchi — because connection happens as easily around a kitchen table as it does on the mat.

Walk in nature
Nature & Stillness

A slow, conscious walk together through the countryside, plus plenty of unstructured time to rest, read, or simply be — no agenda required.

Wine tasting and sound healing
Wine & Sound Healing

Evenings wind down with a tasting of local wines and a sound bath — a gentle close to each day, designed to help you fully arrive in your body.

Connection with ourselves is just as important as connection with others.

In Their Words

What people are saying

★★★★★

"It was a deeply relaxing and emotional time, the kind of experience that stays with you long after it's over."

"We spent last weekend at Sara's wellness retreat and it was exactly what we needed. The formula she prepared for us was just brilliant: yoga, tea meditation, a massage workshop, and even a cooking session where she taught us how to make homemade pizzas. It strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and hands-on fun. Sara is the kind of host who makes everything feel effortless — she clearly knows what she's doing, guiding each activity with warmth and confidence while making everyone feel completely at home. Can't recommend it enough."

★★★★★

"Joana is an impeccable person and professional who genuinely loves what she does, which adds that extra touch of quality to the experience and service."

"I’ve only had three osteopathy sessions and it’s as if I’m a different person. Bringing the body and mind into balance at the same time, whilst restoring the natural flow of a healthy being, is what I’ve felt throughout all the treatments. I even regret not having started sooner. I’ve also heard very good things about the Pilates classes, even though I don’t attend them. Joana is an impeccable person and professional who genuinely loves what she does, which adds that extra touch of quality to the experience and service – I’m very grateful for that. I highly recommend her!"
