Pu Erh tea

Fermented Chinese tea known for its earthy, rich flavour, often improving with age like fine wine. It's prized for its potential digestive benefits and its unique, complex taste that deepens over time. With a moderate caffeine content it's a great alternative to coffee.

Brew for 3-5min at 100°C. Use ~1 tsp Pu Erh tea (~2g) for one cup. Each cup of Pu Erh tea can be brewed several times, unlocking more complex and nuanced flavours with each infusion.
