Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate is a traditional South American herbal tea traditionally drank in a pumpkin with a straw. It has an earthy, slightly bitter flavour and provides a natural energy boost due to its high caffeine content and rich antioxidant profile. 

Brew for 5-10min at 100°C. Use ~2 tbsp (5-8g) for one cup, depending on desired intensity.
